Del Maguey San Luis del Rio Azul

Del Maguey San Luis del Rio Azul is made with traditional maguey Azul, used in Tequila. Oaxaca saw a surge of Jalisco truckers during 2000-2004, due to a scarcity of agave. To prepare for future shortages, they planted baby maguey Azul, harvested seven years later. Its flavor has a creamy mouthfeel, bright citrus notes, dried tropical fruit, sweet green herbaceous notes, white peppercorn and a medium-long finish.
