Herradura Tequila Anejo is a blend of modern and traditional distilling techniques. Agave hearts roasted in clay ovens, before being fermented with wild yeasts native to the area. Finally, there is a double distillation before being matured in American oak barrels. Herradura Tequila Anejo has rich aromas of agave, chocolate, pineapple, and dried cherry appear along with oak and vanilla tones.
