Mina Real Blanco is made with agave Espadin in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca. Once harvested, the Agave is steam roasted in a limestone kiln oven, milled with a shredder, fermented in pinewood vats using airborne yeast, and double distilled in a small clay pot still. Smooth with the right amount of black pepper heat. Thin mouth feels. Solid mineral finish with a slightly salty aftertaste.
