Nestled in Jalisco's Highlands lies Casa San Matias, the family-run distillery where Carmen Villarreal and her team craft all Corazón Tequilas. Each step of production takes place here, from harvesting agave to bottling tequila, enabling us to stay true to tequila's rich heritage while minimising our environmental impact.

Tasting Notes: On the palate, an iodine mineral note provides a creamy texture that leads into a stimulating, spicy finish.
