Mole
Mole is a traditional sauce and marinade originally used in Mexican cuisine. Mole includes dried chiles, nuts, seeds, chocolate (sometimes), and more.
Add chicken stock to get sauce to cover pork or poultry. Mole can also be added to masa or meat when wrapped in banana leaves or corn husks for tamales; served in a bowl alongside tortillas for dipping; or drizzled over eggs for breakfast.
