Our La Mexicana house-brand products are crafted in Singapore to ensure optimal freshness, using preservative-free, locally-sourced ingredients. Additionally, our La Mexicana tortillas and masa products are meticulously prepared in our very own Tortilla Factory based here in Singapore. We offer an array of freshly-made items, including salsa, guacamole, Mexican cheese, beans, spices, and much more.

Absolutely! Contrary to common misconceptions, Mexican cuisine is largely plant-based. Look for our 'Vegan Friendly' label on product descriptions for items suitable for vegans.

Most of our products, including our corn tortillas, are gluten-free, aligning with our commitment to quality and authentic Mexican flavors. Simply check for the 'Gluten-Free' legend in the product description prior to placing an order. As always, our house-made products have their ingredients listed for your convenience.

We have no minimum order value, allowing you to purchase as much or as little as you need. Please note, however, that a delivery fee of SGD 9.80 applies for the CBD area and SGD 13.80 for areas outside the CBD for orders below $100.

We strive to ensure your order is complete and accurate, but occasional issues may arise. Here's how we handle them:

• Quality Issues: We meticulously select items, avoiding those that don't meet our standards. If an item doesn't meet our criteria, we may exclude it from your order and provide a 100% refund.
• Delivery Delays: While we replenish stock daily, delays may occur. If an item is unavailable, we'll inform you prior to delivery and offer a refund or a suitable alternative of equal or better value.

Our primary aim is your satisfaction, and we're dedicated to addressing any concerns.

We'll adjust your order and only charge you for items received. Any charges for unavailable or damaged items will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds will reflect in your account within approximately five days, depending on your card issuer.

Expect an email confirming your order. When our driver collects your order, we'll notify you that it's en route.

We offer delivery every day from 2:30 pm to 9:30 pm on the following day after placing your order.

We provide island-wide delivery across Singapore, delivering directly to your doorstep.

While we're working on offering same-day delivery for an enhanced experience, it's currently unavailable.

Our standard delivery fees are:

• CBD area: SGD 9.80
• Outside CBD area: SGD 13.80

Orders exceeding $100 enjoy FREE delivery. Alternatively, you can opt to Pick Up your order at our CHIJMES Store the next day after purchase.

Orders can be picked up at any convenient for you time the NEXT DAY after online purchase. Our La Mexicana CHIJMES store operates Sun-Wed: 12PM - 8PM, Thur-Sat: 12PM - 9PM.

Should you be unavailable during the delivery time, kindly contact us on the day of your order for rescheduling. If immediate delivery isn't possible, providing a neighbor's contact for access can be an option. However, extended outdoor storage of orders is not advisable. Please note, in such cases, we cannot be held liable for loss or damage after delivery.

Refunds for undeliverable items or faulty products are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, debit/credit card refunds typically reflect in your account within around five days.
