30-30 Blanco Tequila

Produced in small Capilla de Guadalupe, Maestro Tequilero Sixto Vera Garcia crafts Tequila 30-30 from the estate-grown agave of Los Altos. They use the best tech & equip while staying true to traditional production methods & eco-standards. The 30-30 name pays homage to Pancho Villa, leader of the Mexican Revolution. To make 30-30, agaves are cooked in stone ovens & autoclaves, milled via 4-phase roller mill & fermented in open-top stainless steel tanks. The mosto is distilled twice, then bottled for blanco or aged in used American oak Bourbon barrels for Reposado & Añejo.

Aroma: cooked agave, spicy-sweet cinnamon, ripe green apples, yellow bell pepper
Palate: cooked agave, cinnamon-sugar toast, butter, medium minerality, lime and lemon
Finish: slightly dry and lasting with citrus and spice
