Rey Campero Cuishe
The Rey Campero Cuishe mezcalero, Romulo Sanchez Parada, learned from his dad and toiled at the palenque until he was 20. When the economy faltered, he headed north to North Carolina. He returned in 2003, gathered his family and resumed distilling Mezcal. Rey Campero Cuishe has a fresh nose with fruit, minerals and a slight heat on the finish.
